Meditation and mindfulness have their own separate purposes in life, the two can often go hand in hand to provide numerous benefits for you.  Beautifully Mystic offers clients guided meditation sessions as well as mindfulness coaching sessions.  Guided meditation helps you to calm your thoughts and quiet your mind while mindfulness coaching allows you to focus and become more aware of the present moment.

Guided Meditation

Guided meditation is a great way to help quiet your mind and create more self-awareness.  If you find that you have trouble getting into that headspace, guided meditations can assist you with the meditation process.  Listening to a soothing, neutral voice allows you to focus on the meditation process much easier.  A meditation guide works as a teacher to coach you through your meditation journey.

Guided meditation can be done as a group or through individual sessions.

Mindfulness Coaching

Starting from $50 per session

We live in a world where we often think about things outside of the present moment that we are currently living. 


Do you ever encounter any of the following?

You may be wondering, "Is mindfulness coaching better than a mindfulness app that I can get on my cellphone?"

The answer is based on your specific needs.  Mindfulness apps can be a great way to start creating more mindful habits throughout your day.  These apps try to make it as personalized as possible for you.  But having a mindfulness coach you can talk to face-to-face can really be beneficial for those who enjoy that sort of engagement.  Your mindfulness coach will also create a plan and provide advice that is tailored specifically to your individual needs.
