Exercise, no matter how much or how little you are able to do, makes all the difference when you begin to form a healthier lifestyle routine. Even if you start out with 10 minutes per day, you are getting yourself into the mindset of creating that workout habit.
I would recommend laying out your schedule for the day to see when you can fit 10 minutes to 30 minutes of exercise into your routine. It's okay if you have to break up 30 minutes into 3 ten-minute intervals throughout your day. It is just about forming that initial habit to get your brain thinking in this new manner and to get your body used to it as well.
